  • Go to the settings for your email account.
  • The “Forwarding” or “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” section should be found.

  • Whether to retain a copy of forwarded messages in your original account is your decision.
  • All incoming emails will be redirected to the given address after you save the modifications.

If you have mistakenly deleted important emails, there might still be a chance to recover them:

  • Check the “Trash” or “Deleted Items” folder and restore any mistakenly deleted emails from there.
  • If the emails are not in the trash folder, contact our support team with specific details (e.g., date, subject, sender) of the deleted emails for further assistance in data recovery, if possible.
